$110.00 night plus 5% VA sales tax. Two-night minimum required on major holidays and special Highland County event weekends, such as

Weekly rental discounts are available. Long term rentals are also available.

Pet Policy: Pets considered. Please call for details.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to 30 days in advance will receive a full refund, except major events and holidays. For all other cancellations, deposit (minus $25.00 re-booking fee) will be refunded only if the cottage is re-booked for the nights reserved. Deposit of one half of rental fee required. Remainder due upon arrival.
